Windex Ltd

Windex Limited was formed in 1978 by Jim Oliver, a Civil engineer to profession on his return from working in Zambia. Windex Limited is a privately owned property development company and has remained under the control of Jim Oliver and his family since 1978.

Windex started by pioneering the conversion of the first Merchant City warehouse to residential use – Albion Buildings Ingram Street before moving on to new build which it continues to undertake.
