Great Western Court

This was a joint development with Glasgow City Council and Queens Cross Housing Association. Phase 1 was the provision of social housing for Glasgow City Council and Queens Cross Housing Association in Cromwell Street together with the first tranche of private housing by Windex on Great Western Road. Phase 2 was the provision of private housing by Windex on Great Western Road and Maryhill Road. Phase 3 was the provision of private housing by Windex on the Maryhill Road/Great Western Road gushet site opposite the St Georges Cross underground station. The completed development was 72 flats and 7 commercial units.
